There are, occasionally, openings for Mechanics, Welders, Dispatchers, Office Workers, and Sales Personnel. If you are interested in one of these positions, you may use this initial application form below as well as apply by calling Champion at 856-225-1051, or by visiting in person.
We have steady van and container work local and regional. To drive for Champion you must:
- Preferrable to have a current TWIC card
- Have a current CDL - HAZMAT endorsement is a big plus
- Have one year of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass a physical exam, including substance screen
- Have no major preventable accidents within the past year
- Have no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Have good references
- Fulfill physical demands of the job
- Meet DOT requirements
- Obey laws and regulations
- Have no prior "DWI" or "DUI" convictions in the past five years
Owner-Operators and small fleet owners should:
- Have safe and reliable equipment
- Have current registration and FHWA inspection
- Have bobtail insurance
- Only use drivers who have been approved by Champion Services NJ
